SHOPPING QUESTIONS
Can I order products online?
Yes, all of our products are available for purchase online. Occasionally, our inventory of certain products may be backordered, but we will let you know when you place your order. We will advise you of the possible in-stock date and request a confirmation for a back-order, exchange or cancel instructions.
Are the ingredients used in your products all-natural and without animal product?
Yes! No animal fat/product is used in any of the Glycerin, Natural soaps from scratch or Candle products made by Kel's Kitchen. We believe strongly in all natural ingredients and see no need in using anything else.
Which payment method can I use?
PayPal is the preferred method for payment. In the event that you have special payment needs, please contact us via

How will I know my order was successfully placed?
At the time you complete your order, you will be shown a confirmation screen with the header, "Thank you for your order!". At the same time, an email will automatically be sent to the email address you provided. This email will serve as your Confirmation of Order and your Receipt. If you do not receive this email within a few hours, please contact us. You will also receive an Order Verification e-mail in which you can review and verify the details of your order. Orders are not filled until the order is verified by the customer. Orders are not binding until the order has been accepted and confirmed by Kel's Kitchen.
What is your Return Policy?
At Kel's Kitchen, we are committed to your total satisfaction. Please do not hesitate to let us know if any of our products fail to meet your expectations through your specific instructions. Our goal is to produce high quality products, which perfectly meet the needs of our customers. If this does not happen, we want your feedback and suggestions as this gives us an opportunity to improve. As each item is custom made, Kel's Kitchen reserves the right to some creative license within reasonable constraints of your order details. No order will be executed without a confirmation from both parties on the details of the order. We will gladly offer a full value exchange of a product if you are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of receipt of your item. If your received item is unsatisfactory through no fault of Kel's Kitchen, you are entitled to either a full value exchange upon return of your item or a refund less a 20% custom fee. If your item is unsatisfactory through a fault of Kel's Kitchen, you are entitled to a full-value exchange or a full refund upon return of the item. Shipping and Handling is not refundable unless the fault is on the part of Kel's Kitchen. Please email us at

What is your Privacy policy?
Kel's Kitchen fully respects your privacy. We will never sell, loan or give away your personal information (name, email address, mailing address, customer profile, etc.) to anyone. Any information we collect is solely for the purpose of enhancing your shopping experience. For example, if you decide to place an order, you will be asked to provide certain information (name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, billing address, delivery address, etc.) We use the email address you provide to communicate with you about your orders and to let you know about special promotions, coupons and relevant news.
Do you offer Gift Certificates?
Absolutely! Any one of Kel's Kitchen's products would make a beautiful gift for anyone. A Gift Certificate is a wonderful way to share a thoughtful, caring gift with someone without having to worry if it will be the "right" item. Contact

SHIPPING QUESTIONS
How fast is my order processed?
We typically ship all orders within 2-3 days of completion (10-15 business days for completion of custom orders). In the unlikely event that your processing time will be delayed, you will be notified immediately. What shipping options are available? We have selected U.S.P.S. and UPS to handle our delivery service. Unless you select otherwise, all orders will be shipped via Standard Ground Service. You should allow 7-10 days for U.S.P.S. and UPS Standard Ground Deliveries (usually it does not take this long but this is the suggested time frame as the service is not guaranteed.) Canadian orders will be shipped via UPS Ground, with approximately 10 - 14 days for delivery. We understand that at some point you may be in urgent need of your order (last minute gift?) If so, please indicate this in the "comments" section of your online order form. We will contact you with additional shipping options.
Can I ship internationally?
Yes! However, you will need to call in your order as the website is for shipments within the US and Canada only. You may reach us at 1-619-280-8373 to place your international order.
