The Kel's Kitchen Nuts-and-Bolts:

Each creation from Kel's Kitchen is handmade made custom with its owner in mind. Like snowflakes, no two candle or soap creations are the same. If you are looking for a cookie-cutter, assembly-line product, you will find none of that here. Kel's Kitchen is about character and distinctiveness. Since each Kel's Kitchen creation is made to order, please allow 10-15 business days from the time of order.

There are also some standard selections on this site that can be ordered "as is", without the need for customization. Review the "Instructions" section of the item description, which will inform you as to whether the item pictured is available for immediate purchase. Please click on the "Buy This Style As Is" button to either purchase the exact pictured item or to have the pictured style recreated as closely as possible. The prices for any items purchased "as is" will always be the first, lower price listed.

Kel's Kitchen encourages special orders, as art perpetuates from individual preference.

Each Kel's Kitchen standard creation price can be viewed in the product descriptions listed on this site. Custom creations are negotiable and all pricing inquiries can be submitted to orders@kelskitchen.com

Kel's Kitchen also offers the option to send in your "refuse" wax to be recreated into a brand new candle in the style of your choice. The cost of this option will be a nominal fee which will correspond to the shape and size of the new candle created (mold fee). The customer will pay only the shipping costs and the mold fee and receive a brand new candle with the essence of each previously burned candle submitted. Each mold fee will vary depending on how much "refuse" wax is contributed. For more information on this option please e-mail orders@kelskitchen.com.

Any large or specialized custom orders not processed through the shopping cart and negotiated separately will require at least a 50% deposit upon acceptance to the project terms by both parties and the balance upon completion of the project. Upon receipt of the 50% deposit, if the project production has begun and the the project is cancelled, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.

If a custom order is received by the client and is unsatisfacory through no fault of Kel's Kitchen, the item can be returned (at the customer's cost for shipping) for either a full value exchange or a refund (less a 20% custom fee).

All initial pricing for large custom orders not ordered through the shopping cart are only estimate quotes. These quotes may be subject to change for all subsequent pieces commissioned thereafter once a sample item has been created which may demonstrate the costs involved are greater than the original quote given. No large orders will be executed until all terms and pricing are agreed upon by both parties.
